MY STORY
Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to be in shape. That desire came from being the "fat kid" on the soccer team—always trying to keep up, but never quite feeling like I belonged. Growing up, I didn’t have access to the right guidance or resources when it came to health and fitness. I lacked the knowledge of nutrition, training, and how to understand my own body, which made my journey a constant struggle.
I spent years making mistakes, trying every method I could find, and learning the hard way what works and what doesn’t. I often wished I had someone to guide me—someone who could have saved me time, frustration, and energy. But through that struggle, I developed strength, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to health and fitness.
That journey shaped who I am today. It taught me the value of consistency and the power of mindset. Now, through personal training, I have the chance to help others avoid the same obstacles I faced. I’m passionate about educating, supporting, and empowering people to feel stronger, move better, and take control of their health.
For me, personal training isn’t just a job, it’s a way to live with purpose and help others transform their lives, just like I transformed mine.
